Our Services

Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Assessment

We provide psychiatric evaluations for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. The evaluation includes a review of your mental health and medical history and an assessment of whether psychiatric medication may be an appropriate part of your treatment. Laboratory testing and relevant medical records may also be reviewed when clinically indicated.

Psychiatric Medication Management & Follow-Up

Medication management appointments provide ongoing monitoring of your psychiatric medications, symptoms, progress, and overall response to treatment. During follow-up visits, medications may be continued or adjusted based on effectiveness, side effects, and your individual needs.

Medication Management with Brief Therapeutic Support

When appropriate, medication management visits may also include brief therapeutic support. These conversations can help address current stressors, reinforce healthy coping strategies, and provide practical support while continuing to monitor your psychiatric treatment and medications.

FMLA & Mental Health Leave Paperwork

We can assist with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork and other mental health-related medical leave documentation when clinically appropriate. Documentation is based on the patient's diagnosis, treatment history, symptoms, functional limitations, and the provider's clinical assessment.
