Prescription Refill Request Current Patients Only
- To request a prescription refill, please email our nursing staff directly at 📧 refill@strategicmh.com for prompt and accurate processing.
- Refills take up to two business days to complete. Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
- Do not call for refill requests:
- Phone requests often miss important information, such as full names, and can lead to misunderstandings.
- Do not email or call multiple times if it has not been two full business days. This does not speed up the process and only slows us down as staff work through extra emails and voicemails.
- Appointment requirements to maintain timely refills:
- Patients on stimulant medications must be seen every 3 months.
- All other patients need to be seen every 6 months.
